Mitigations were effective and a patch has been applied to resolve the issue.

We are continuing to monitor the workaround; the portal is operating at near normal but may still experience some slowness. 

We continue to work on a permanent fix to replace the workaround.

We have identified the issue to be related to caching mechanisms, we are currently deploying a workaround.

### x Investigating — Apr 11, 1:09 PM

We are investigating slowness in the portal impacting the ability to save bookmarks and change pages.
