This incident has been resolved, and services have been restored to normal operation.

Microsoft has informed us that they have rolled out a fix and we are seeing improvement, we will continue to monitor to ensure full service restoration.

We've identified the issue as a Global Outage for the Microsoft Fabric Service impacting our portal and notification operations, the status of which we are carefully tracking.
