This issue has been resolved fully.

Reports are now loading again properly, a DNS related issue resulted in the errors seen on the portal. We continue to monitor the system to ensure that the issue does occur again.

We are aware of an ongoing issue with reports not loading the portal. We are investigating and looking for the root cause.
