Mitigations were effective and a patch has been applied to resolve the issue.

We are continuing to monitor the workaround; the portal is operating at near normal but may still experience some slowness.
We continue to work on a permanent fix to replace the workaround.

We have identified the issue to be related to caching mechanisms, we are currently deploying a workaround.
